We agree dimensions, glass and fitting specifications, finish, samples, pricing, packing and delivery scope in your quotation. Custom finishes or design changes are reviewed for feasibility and quoted separately.

Personalization is separately purchased. We agree placement, artwork, add-on quantities, charges and timing, and you approve a digital mockup before custom production. Glass engraving and changes to the insert require separate feasibility review.

Beautiful Ideas Need the Right Installation

Ask us about sample availability, cost and timing before your bulk order. Review the frame, glass, fittings and finish, then agree overall measurements, mounting-hole positions, any required cutout and installation instructions with your project team.

We offer this piece for decorative nautical use, not as a certified watertight marine window. Do not specify it for a boat hull or other safety-critical opening without independently verified suitability for that application. Outdoor and wet-location requirements must be reviewed separately.

Have a competent installer select fixings appropriate to the substrate and secure the complete assembly. Handle the glass and projecting fittings carefully; do not install damaged glass or loose components.

From Sample Approval to Your Opening Day

Share your deadline at the start, especially if the order is part of a hotel opening, restaurant launch or coordinated retail collection. Once the specification and artwork are approved, we agree production, protective packing and dispatch timing.

Packing requirements should protect the glass, polished brass and projecting fittings. We confirm carton quantities, dimensions and gross weights for the shipment. Retail boxes and labels can be discussed separately.

We commit only to what we can deliver. We plan production and dispatch with transit considered separately, rather than making a blanket arrival promise.

Care for the Finish

Dust gently with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and unapproved polishing compounds, and follow the glass- and finish-specific care instructions for your order. Keep the piece dry unless suitability for its intended environment has been agreed. Do not force the hinges or closures.
