Polished Brass Porthole Mirror with Hinged Frame – Wholesale Nautical Decor

A View into a Room with a Story

A room becomes memorable through the details people choose to keep. A brass porthole mirror can bring a maritime spirit to that story: the thought of another horizon, a favourite coastline or the journeys that made someone who they are.

At Aladean, we offer this polished brass mirror for interiors with character. Its broad rim, visible fittings and hinged frame create the feeling of a ship-inspired window without pretending to be a recovered marine fitting..

The Porthole Mirror, Up Close.

• Solid brass frame with highly polished finish.
• Mirror centre surrounded by a broad brass rim.
• Visible perimeter mounting holes and fittings.
• Top hinge and two wing-style closure fittings around the lower sides.
• 13.5 inches diameter
• One complete porthole mirror assembly per unit.

The earlier specification describes a lacquer-coated brass surface. Confirm the current coating, finish, hinge operation and closure fittings against an approved sample. Its “13.5” visible-mirror measurement has no stated unit, so we do not publish it as a verified size. Confirm mirror opening, overall diameter, depth and mounting-hole pattern before ordering.

This is a decorative nautical-style mirror, not a certified vessel window. No watertightness, pressure rating, structural glazing, outdoor rating or marine compliance is promised. Mounting screws, anchors and installation services are not automatically included.

Trade Supply for Maritime-Inspired Spaces

As your manufacturer and wholesale supplier, we welcome enquiries from nautical décor retailers, homeware stores, online resellers, importers, distributors, interior designers and hospitality buyers. Discuss reception areas, living rooms, themed displays and decorative room concepts against the approved specification.

Film and theatre buyers can enquire about prop use. Corporate projects can discuss commemorative décor or personalization without assuming suitability for a particular vessel or installation. We do not promise historical provenance, permanent shine or commercial results.

Wholesale MOQ and Unit Basis

Standard MOQ: 100 complete porthole mirror units. Genuine B2B and corporate projects may discuss flexibility by prior agreement. Smaller quantities are not automatically accepted.

The displayed price is for one standard complete mirror assembly, not the total minimum order. Personalization, additional mounting accessories and destination freight are agreed separately. Sample availability, charges and dispatch arrangements require confirmation before sample supply.

Make Its Meaning Your Own

Discuss a name, milestone date, emblem or short dedication such as “Our next horizon.” We assess suitable rim space or a separately quoted plaque while preserving the hinge, closures, mounting points and mirror. Added wording does not automatically replace standard detailing.

For agreed personalization, purchase the Aladean Personalization Add-On with the main product in the same cart. Enter exact wording, preferred language and the requested component and surface in order notes, identifying this polished brass porthole mirror.

Personalization is separately purchased. We agree feasibility, space, artwork, script suitability, service quantities, charges and timing. One add-on does not automatically cover multiple surfaces or every mirror in a bulk order. Approve the digital mockup before customized production.

Sample Approval and International Sourcing

Review brass finish and coating, mirror quality, rim, hinge, closures, perimeter fittings and mounting arrangement. Confirm overall and visible-mirror dimensions, depth, actual and packed weight before bulk approval. Agree protective packing for mirror surfaces and projecting fittings.

We welcome sourcing enquiries for the USA, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland and other destinations. Send business details, quantity, country and postal code, intended application, required date and artwork brief.

Sample review, approvals, production, dispatch and transit timing are agreed together. We commit only to what we can deliver. Free shipping, express service and arrival by a project deadline are not assumed.

Trade Buyer Questions

Is the mirror included?
Yes. One unit is a complete porthole mirror assembly.

What size is it?
Confirm overall diameter and visible-mirror opening on a sample. The old unitless “13.5” measurement is not treated as verified.

Can it be used as a working ship window?
No watertight, pressure-rated or structural-window performance is promised.

Are mounting screws included?
No hardware is promised unless agreed. Choose suitable fixings for the supporting surface.

Can you personalize the brass rim?
Subject to suitable space, separately purchased service quantities and approved artwork.

Can we order fewer than 100?
Discuss a genuine B2B or corporate project first. Flexibility requires prior agreement.

Installation and Care

Use a stable supporting surface and suitable fixings selected by someone competent to assess the load and installation. Handle mirror edges and projecting fittings carefully. Avoid forcing closures or hinges. Keep dry; no wet-location suitability is promised.

Dust brass gently and ask for coating-specific guidance before polishing. Do not assume abrasive polish is suitable for lacquer. Use appropriate mirror-cleaning methods without soaking the frame or allowing chemicals to damage its finish. Supervise children around the mirror and hardware.

Give the Room Its Own Horizon

Share your quantity, application, destination, required date and dedication brief. We can discuss a sample and wholesale supply details for a maritime-style mirror with presence and personal meaning.
