The add-on is separately purchased. We agree feasible placement, artwork, space, required service quantities, charges and timing. You approve a digital mockup before custom production. For different names, we agree a text-to-mug list and placement allowances. Supplied artwork must be yours to use; packaging changes require separate review.

Pricing is per individual tankard, not a mixed set or the complete minimum order. Your quotation defines quantity, specification, unit price, samples, customization, packing and delivery scope. For projects in the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Australia or New Zealand, share your destination and required date for supply planning.

Approve the Material and the Intended Use

Ask about sample availability, cost and timing. Review grain, dimensions, handle security, rim, base and finish. Agree capacity variation, interior treatment and any relevant leakage tests. We confirm actual item and packed weights separately.

Before beverage use or hospitality service, confirm the supplied lining, drink compatibility and care instructions. Do not assume suitability for hot drinks, strong spirits or prolonged liquid storage. Until suitability is confirmed for your brief, plan decorative use.

Presentation and Timing

We agree individual separation and cushioning for handles, rims and bases. Carton quantities, dimensions and gross weights are confirmed for the shipment. Presentation boxes, retail labels and branded cartons are separate requirements.

Share wedding dates, team events and seasonal launches early. Once samples and artwork are approved, we agree production and dispatch timing, considering transit separately. We commit only to what we can deliver.

Care

Follow the supplied interior-specific hand-washing guidance, dry thoroughly and store dry. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves, soaking, harsh cleaners and heat. Keep away from open flames and campfire heat.

No. Capacity is approximately 500 ml, with an acceptable range agreed through samples.

Can we order fewer than 100?
