At Aladean, we craft this steel reproduction for projects that need that presence: a castle-inspired interior, a carefully planned exhibition, a screen character or a specialist retail collection. Fluted plates and sculptural lines create the visual direction; your brief defines the sizing, finish and presentation.

The Suit and Its Construction

This is a modern reproduction, not an original historical artefact or a guarantee of exact historical accuracy. It is intended for agreed display and costume projects, not combat, jousting, impact sports or protective use.

A Six-Suit Minimum, Not Our Standard 100-Unit MOQ

The wholesale minimum for this product is six complete armour suits. This product-specific exception remains separate from the minimums on our other listings. Any alternative quantity for a genuine B2B project requires prior agreement before purchase.

As your armour manufacturer and bulk supplier, we work through the brief with you before confirming trade orders. Your quotation defines the complete component list, sizing, materials, finish, quantity, per-suit price basis, customization, packing and shipment scope.

Custom Sizing, Finish and Heraldic Direction

Send wearer measurements or display dimensions, sketches, reference images, finish preferences and decorative artwork. We review custom sizing, coordinated treatments and heraldic detailing for feasibility before agreeing production. Bespoke component fabrication, display supports and custom packaging are not automatic inclusions.

For agreed engraving, purchase the Aladean Personalization Add-On and the armour product in the same cart. Put exact text, preferred language and the suit, component and requested surface in order notes. Identify each suit separately when messages differ.

The add-on is separately purchased. We agree surface suitability, available space, artwork, service quantities, charges and timing. Custom design or fabrication beyond engraving may require a separate quotation. Approve the digital mockup before custom production.

A mockup approves visual direction, not fit, movement or protective performance. Discuss physical samples and fitting requirements separately, including availability, cost and timing.

Plan for Weight, Fit and Display

A full steel suit is substantial to handle. Assess wearer measurements, intended movement, fitting assistance and safe costume duration before approving wearable use. Articulated joints and straps do not guarantee unrestricted movement or suitability for every wearer.

For display, agree a suitable support, stability, installation access and handling plan. A stand is not automatically included. Keep the display secure and prevent visitors from climbing on or disturbing it.

Packing, International Supply and Deadlines

We agree how the components will be supported, separated and protected for shipment, along with carton or crate requirements, packed dimensions and gross weights. Retail presentation and branded packing are separate discussions.

For sourcing projects in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, send your destination and installation, filming or exhibition date. Shipment arrangements are reviewed for each enquiry.

Sample assessment, fitting and artwork approval come before the final production commitment. Production, dispatch and transit are planned separately. We commit only to what we can deliver.

Questions Before Your Trade Order

Does the minimum mean six parts or six suits?
Six complete suits, each with its agreed component schedule.

Can we request a different quantity?
Yes, discuss your genuine B2B project before ordering. An alternative requires explicit agreement.

Can it be made for a particular wearer?
Submit measurements and movement requirements for feasibility review, quotation and a fitting plan. Custom sizing alone does not establish safe or unrestricted movement.

Is it protective armour?
No. Do not use it for combat, jousting, impact sports or other activities requiring protective equipment.

Are stands or custom heraldic features included?
Only when expressly included in the agreed quotation.

Can you meet our opening or filming date?
Send the date early so we can assess the complete production and shipment plan before agreeing a commitment.
