We will confirm feasibility, placement, service quantity, artwork, charges and timing. Approve a digital mockup before production. The available space determines the final layout, and standard decoration is not automatically replaced. For a non-English message, provide the exact wording and check the lettering carefully when approving your design.

Care for your clock

Use a stable, dry indoor surface and support the base and stand when moving the piece. Do not lift or pull it by the suspended clock or hanging ring. Dust with a soft dry cloth; avoid water, abrasives, impacts and strong magnets. Brass may change in appearance with handling and exposure. No perfect-time, permanent-engraving or generations-long movement guarantee is implied.
