This wording describes the pictured design, not a restriction on the occasions you can commission. We can discuss personalized wording for other occasions, including an alternative to the anniversary message, subject to available space, artwork and manufacturing feasibility. No change to the pictured inscription is automatic; agree the exact design before production. The photographs also show sundial instructions and a correction table on the reverse face of the lid.

Wholesale Quantities and Made-to-Order Timing

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. For a genuine corporate, B2B or event project below that quantity, contact us to discuss whether an exception is feasible. A lower quantity is not automatically accepted.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and the applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order, taking into account your quantity and design requirements. Production time is separate from shipping and transit; a 25-day production estimate is not an arrival promise.

Customization and Design Approval

Discuss names, dates, logos, occasion messages and multilingual wording directly with us. Requests in 40+ languages depend on script suitability, space, artwork and feasibility. We confirm whether the proposed message replaces the pictured anniversary design or uses another agreed surface; do not assume every surface can be engraved or every line will fit.

Wholesale customization is scoped and quoted directly. Agree the wording, artwork, placement, finish, quantities, charges, packaging and timing, then approve the digital mockup before custom production. The retail Personalization Add-On is not required for a wholesale project. Mockup approval confirms the visual design, not optical, directional or timekeeping performance.

Use, Care and Display

Use as a commemorative gift, display piece and for casual exploration of compass and sundial principles. A sundial indicates approximate solar time under suitable conditions; it is not a precision clock. We do not guarantee timekeeping accuracy, all-location performance or suitability for safety-critical navigation.

Handle the folding arm gently and avoid forcing the mechanism. Wipe brass with a soft, dry cloth, clean the glass carefully, avoid abrasive chemicals and moisture, and store dry in the case. Supervise children around glass, metal and moving parts. This is not an infant’s toy or protective equipment.
