12-Inch Brass Armillary Sphere on Wooden Base – Wholesale

Some globes show the Earth. This one invites you to look beyond it.

Our brass armillary sphere brings the layered beauty of celestial rings to a desk, library shelf or carefully considered gift presentation. Warm brass catches the light above a turned wooden base; zodiac symbols, engraved scales and place-name details give the eye something new to discover. At approximately 12 inches tall, it offers a distinctive focal point without the long tripod of a floor-style display.

For your collection, think of it as a symbol of curiosity rather than a promise of scientific precision. We supply this antique-style armillary globe as a modern decorative reproduction. Historic-style French lettering belongs to its design; it does not establish Parisian manufacture, an original maker, an eighteenth-century date or antique provenance. It is not a certified astronomical or navigation instrument, and we do not promise measurement accuracy, eclipse prediction or timekeeping.

A desk object with a personal reason to be there

Picture a retiring teacher receiving a sphere from the students whose horizons they widened. Or an adult daughter giving one to the father who first taught her to ask why. A graduate beginning a career, a mentor marking a professional milestone, a couple building their first shared study: the same ringed form can carry a different meaning for each.

“For every horizon you opened,” “Never stop asking questions,” and “There is still a world to discover together” are suggested gift messages, not standard engravings. A graduation, retirement, anniversary, housewarming or appreciation presentation gains meaning from the relationship behind it, not just the occasion on the calendar.

That makes this brass celestial sphere a useful addition for specialist gift retailers, astronomy-inspired décor collections, corporate recognition buyers and interior stylists. In a study or office it can become a conversation piece; in a library or hospitality reading room it adds an open, sculptural silhouette beside books and framed artwork. It can also introduce a conversation about historical sky models, without being sold as a precision teaching apparatus.

The piece you are sourcing

Individual finishing and wood grain may vary.

Make the dedication yours, then agree the production

For business branding or a commemorative inscription, send us your proposed name, date, short message or artwork with the preferred placement. We will discuss available surfaces, script, space, feasibility and any charges directly. Requests in 40+ languages depend on the design and available area; existing zodiac and scale details are not automatically replaced. A digital mockup must be approved before custom production and confirms the visual design, not mechanical or scientific performance. The retail Personalization Add-On is not required for wholesale work.

All wholesale pieces are made to order. Our standard MOQ is 100 complete pieces. Genuine B2B or corporate requests for smaller quantities can be discussed, without an automatic MOQ waiver.

The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order. Shipping and transit arrangements are confirmed separately; production lead time is not an arrival guarantee.

Send your business details, quantity, destination, deadline, customization brief and packaging needs for a quotation. If you are building a coordinated display or recognition programme, include the available space and presentation requirements so we can agree a suitable specification before production.

For everyday display, use a stable, level indoor surface away from edges and busy walkways. Lift from beneath the base, not by the rings. Do not force the assembly or allow unsupervised handling by young children. Dust with a soft, dry cloth, keep the wooden base dry and avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh polishing that could change the finish and engraved detail.

A lasting gift need not answer every question. Sometimes its purpose is to keep the important questions alive. Tell us whose curiosity your collection or presentation will celebrate, and we will help you plan the wholesale order around that story..
