Let the Sample Define the Experience

Ask about sample availability, cost and timing. Review the tube, mounting hardware, stand balance, dimensions and assembly. We confirm actual item and packed weights before shipment planning.

For a viewing application, agree written magnification, lens, focusing and image-quality specifications and assess the sample before purchase or resale. Do not assume suitability for astronomy, navigation, marine use or outdoor weather exposure. Until optical suitability is confirmed, plan decorative or prop use.

Never look at the sun through the telescope. Display on a stable surface and do not force the mounting hardware. Adjustment range and locking operation must be reviewed on the sample.

Share recognition dates and launch deadlines early. Once samples and artwork are approved, we agree production and dispatch timing, considering transit separately. We commit only to what we can deliver.

Keep dry, protect the lenses and avoid forcing adjustments. Use appropriate lens-cleaning materials and follow finish-specific guidance before polishing. Store and transport securely to protect the tube and stand.
