Presentation and Timing

We agree cushioning for lens ends and sliding sections, protection for the box and individual separation during transport. Confirm the shipping configuration, carton quantities, dimensions and gross weights. Branded cartons, retail labels and message cards are separate requirements.

Share milestone dates and launch deadlines early. Once samples and artwork are approved, we agree production and dispatch timing, considering transit separately. We commit only to what we can deliver.

Care

Keep dry and avoid forcing sliding sections. Use appropriate lens-cleaning materials and follow metal-, covering- and leather-specific guidance before polishing or treating surfaces. Store carefully in the box to protect the optics and finish.
