The standard lid reads “Your Wings Were Ready, But Our Hearts Were Not”, with bird silhouettes, a feather, hearts and Aladean compass wording. The inscription uses our hearts, making it a fitting expression of shared remembrance when that language feels right to the recipient.

The engraved design is included and does not require a personalization add-on. The lid is separate and removable, revealing a directional rose and needle beneath glass. This version has no attached hinge or chain. No additional inner-lid inscription is specified.
