Your trade quotation defines configuration, construction, dimensions, quantity, unit price, samples, customization, setup charges, packing and delivery scope. Custom fittings, gift packaging and freight are separate requirements.

For projects in the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Australia or New Zealand, share your destination and required date. Destination specifications are particularly important for custom electric versions.

Sample Approval and Safe Use

Ask about sample availability, cost and timing. Review dimensions, finish, glass, guards, base and the agreed lighting configuration before bulk approval.

Never use this reproduction as safety equipment in mines, explosive atmospheres or hazardous settings. It is not a gas detector or certified emergency-lighting system.

For oil use, obtain the supplied instructions and use only the specified fuel. Do not assume alcohol or spirits are suitable. Provide adequate ventilation, keep flames away from children and combustible materials, never leave a lit lamp unattended, and let it cool before handling or refuelling. For decorative projects, unlit display avoids flame use.

For custom electric or LED versions, follow the agreed fitting instructions and have installation suitability reviewed by a qualified professional where required.

Packing and Timing for Trade Orders

We agree cushioning and separation to protect the glass chamber, guards and brass finish. Carton quantities, dimensions and gross weights are confirmed for shipment. Retail labels, presentation boxes and branded packing are discussed separately.

Send installation dates, gifting deadlines and production schedules early. Once samples and artwork are approved, we agree production and dispatch timing, considering transit separately. We commit only to what we can deliver.

Care and Display

Keep dry, protect the glass from knocks and use a stable display surface. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and follow finish-specific guidance before polishing. Follow the supplied operating and maintenance instructions for the agreed configuration.
