German-Pattern Brass Sextant with Wooden Case – Wholesale Nautical Gifts

For the Horizons Still Ahead

A milestone can be more than a finish line. It can be the moment someone looks up and asks what comes next: a graduate beginning again, a colleague taking on a new challenge, a friend choosing an unfamiliar path.

At Aladean, we offer this brass sextant set as a keepsake for that spirit. Its intricate maritime form gives the idea of exploration a place on a desk or shelf, a reminder that there are still horizons worth imagining.

The Sextant and Its Case

• Handcrafted brass sextant in a German-pattern design with antique-style finish, as specified in the listing.
• Open frame, graduated curved arc, index arm and adjustment fittings.
• Mounted sighting tube, mirror assembly and round tinted filter elements.
• Two additional cylindrical sighting tubes shown in the standard photographs; confirm the accessory inventory against a sample.
• Brown wooden case with hinged lid, two front hook-style closures and dark lining.
• Metal explanation plate inside the lid.
• Listed sextant dimensions: 12 × 11 × 6 cm.
• Listed wooden case dimensions: 15 × 15 × 8.5 cm.
• Order unit: One standard sextant set with its wooden case and agreed accessory inventory.

Confirm measurement points, finish, fittings, sighting tubes, lining and plate text during sample approval. “German pattern” describes the design, not a claim that the product was made in Germany. This is a modern decorative reproduction, not an authenticated antique, calibrated navigation instrument or precision scientific tool.

The scales and explanation plate do not establish navigation accuracy. Educational interpretations should be independently reviewed. Do not use for navigation, safety-critical measurement or solar viewing. No safe solar filter performance is promised.

Wholesale Gifts for People Looking Forward

As your manufacturer and wholesale supplier, we welcome enquiries from nautical décor retailers, heritage gift shops, online resellers, importers, distributors and corporate gifting agencies. Consider graduation, recognition and milestone collections built around curiosity and new beginnings.

Museum shops, interior designers and hospitality buyers can discuss decorative displays against the approved specification. We do not promise historical provenance, calibrated performance, permanent finish quality or commercial results.

MOQ and Complete-Set Pricing

Standard MOQ: 100 complete sextant sets. Genuine B2B and corporate projects may discuss flexibility by prior agreement. Smaller orders are not automatically accepted.

The displayed price is for one standard complete set, not the total minimum order. Personalization, alternative specifications, extra accessories and freight arrangements are agreed separately. Confirm sample availability, charges and dispatch arrangements before sample supply.

A Message for the Journey Ahead

Discuss a name, milestone date, emblem or short dedication such as “Keep exploring.” We assess suitable undecorated brass space, a wooden case surface or a separately quoted plaque while preserving scales, fittings and the explanation plate. Added wording does not automatically replace existing markings.

For agreed personalization, purchase the Aladean Personalization Add-On with the main product in the same cart. Enter exact wording, preferred language and the requested component and surface in order notes, identifying this German-pattern brass sextant set.

Personalization is separately purchased. We agree feasibility, available space, artwork, script suitability, service quantities, charges and timing. One add-on does not automatically cover the sextant, case, multiple surfaces or every set in a bulk order. Approve the digital mockup before customized production.

Sample Approval and International Supply

Review frame, arc markings, index arm, fittings, mirrors, filters, sighting tubes and accessory count. Confirm case joinery, lining, hinges, closures and plate text, complete dimensions, actual and packed weight. Agree protective packing for projecting fittings and optical components before bulk approval.

We welcome sourcing enquiries for the USA, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland and other destinations. Send business details, quantity, country and postal code, application, required date and artwork brief.

Sample review, approvals, production, dispatch and transit timing are agreed together. We commit only to what we can deliver. Free shipping, express delivery and arrival by an event deadline are not assumed.

Display and Care

Display on a stable surface. Handle mirrors, filters, tubes and metal edges carefully; do not force moving fittings. Keep out of children’s reach. Never look at the sun through the sighting tube or assume the tinted filters provide eye protection.

Dust gently with a soft cloth and keep the wooden case dry. Avoid immersion, abrasive cleaners and unapproved polish that could alter the finish. Do not use the set as navigation or safety equipment.
