MOQ and Made-to-Order Production

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. For genuine corporate, B2B or event projects below this quantity, contact us to discuss whether an exception is feasible. Lower quantities are considered individually, not automatically accepted.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and the applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order, taking your quantity and customization into account.

Production is separate from shipping and transit. A production estimate is not a delivery-date promise; agree realistic arrangements before committing to a ceremony, festival or launch date.

Drink Compatibility and Care

Before beverage use or offering the product for a specific drink application, ask us to confirm the current interior treatment, intended drink compatibility, capacity range and supplied care guidance. We do not promise a particular food-contact certification, suitability for hot drinks, strong spirits or prolonged liquid storage.

Follow the agreed product-specific instructions. Hand wash gently as directed, dry thoroughly and store dry. Do not place in a dishwasher or microwave, leave soaking or expose to harsh cleaners or heat. Keep the leather dry and inspect the holster, lacing and strap before handling. Choose decorative display when beverage suitability has not been confirmed.
