The Pictured Design

The photographs show the same design open and closed, not a two-case set. Natural leather texture, grain, colour and hand-stitched details may vary. The pictured case has a plain exterior; custom logos, names and messages are not included as standard.

Plan the Fit Before the Packaging

A nominal size does not establish the space available for your item. Share its full dimensions, shape and any clearance or padding requirements so we can assess the usable internal space and closure. Do not assume this case fits every compass, watch, jewellery piece or other small object.

Confirm the leather specification, structure, lining, stitching, finish, stud fitting, tolerances, any inserts and outer packaging in your quotation. We do not claim the case is waterproof, impact-rated, anti-tarnish, scratch-proof or suitable for food contact. Inserts, dividers and fitted cushions require separate discussion and are not promised from the photograph.

Branding and Customization

Discuss a name, logo, date or short message directly with us. We will assess the suitable method, available area, legibility, placement and finish before quoting. Do not assume that engraving, embossing or another marking method is available on every surface or produces the same result.

Requests in 40+ languages are subject to script suitability, space and feasibility. Any changes to colour, size, lining, stitching, structure, closure or inserts must be expressly agreed rather than assumed to be standard options.

Wholesale customization is quoted directly. Agree specifications, artwork, quantities, charges, packaging and timing, then approve the digital mockup before custom production. The retail Personalization Add-On is not required. Mockup approval confirms visual artwork, not internal fit or protective performance.

Minimum Order and Production Planning

Standard MOQ: 100 pieces. For a genuine corporate, B2B or event project below that quantity, ask whether an exception is feasible. A lower quantity is considered individually, not automatically accepted.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and the applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order, taking your quantity and specification into account.

Production time is separate from shipping and transit. Confirm realistic arrangements before committing to a launch, ceremony or event date; the normal production estimate is not an arrival guarantee.

Care and Handling

Keep dry and away from direct heat, prolonged sunlight and damp storage. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking and harsh chemicals, and test any suitable leather-care product on an inconspicuous area first. Open the flap and stud gently without pulling on stitched edges. Check compatibility before storing delicate or tarnish-sensitive items directly against the interior.
