Natural grain, colour and hand-carved details vary between pieces. Wood species, finish specification, tolerances, packaging and unit or packed weights should be confirmed in the quotation. We do not claim an airtight, watertight or permanently sealed closure.

Confirm Capacity Before Selecting an Urn

External dimensions do not establish usable internal capacity. Ask us to confirm internal volume, usable opening dimensions and compatibility with any intended inner container before placing an order. Do not select this design solely from the deceased person’s body weight. Your funeral professional or crematorium can help establish the capacity and handling requirements for the intended use.

We do not promise suitability for a full set of adult remains until the required capacity and actual internal specification have been checked. Liners, internal containers and their inclusion must be expressly agreed; they are not assumed from the photograph.

Personalization for Individual Lives and Family Traditions

We can discuss a personalized brass plate affixed to the box, with a name, dates or a concise memorial message. The pictured box is unplated; a custom plate, its placement, size, attachment and charges are agreed separately. Do not assume an engraved plate is included as standard.

Suggested directions for discussion include “Always remembered,” “With love and gratitude,” or a short line chosen by the family. These are wording ideas, not testimonials or claims about what a memorial object can do.

Projects may support remembrance of a parent, grandparent, spouse, partner, sibling, adult child or friend. We respect different beliefs: discuss secular wording, a faith-specific inscription or a family-language message only where it suits the recipient’s wishes. Requests in 40+ languages depend on script, plate space, artwork and feasibility.

Standard MOQ: 100 pieces. For a genuine B2B project below that quantity, ask whether an exception is feasible. Lower quantities are considered individually and are not automatically accepted.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order. Production is separate from shipping and transit. Do not rely on this estimate for an imminent funeral or ceremony without an expressly confirmed arrangement.

Artwork, Quotation and Approval

Wholesale personalization is quoted directly; the retail Personalization Add-On is not required. Agree the wood and finish specification, quantity, capacity, wording, plate design, attachment, packaging, charges and timing. Approve the digital artwork or mockup before custom production. A visual mockup does not verify capacity, closure performance or suitability for a particular intended use.

If individual names or dates vary within an order, provide a clearly organised list and check every entry before approval. Discuss how revised artwork, different designs or multiple languages affect the quotation and timing.

Handling and Care

Place on a stable, dry indoor surface away from direct heat, strong sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Handle with both hands and support the base. Request the agreed opening and closing instructions and seek your funeral professional’s assistance with the transfer of cremated remains.

Do not assume suitability for outdoor exposure, burial, scattering or transport requirements without checking the intended conditions and the relevant provider’s requirements. Keep small screws and other removable parts away from children.
