Natural Wood Outside, Stainless Steel Within

A dark solid-wood body with visible grain, shaped wooden handle and contrasting metal bands surrounds a stainless steel liner with an exposed metal rim. The standard design includes a circular eagle-motif panel. Replacing that panel with your artwork requires agreement before ordering.

Flexible quantities can be discussed for genuine wholesale B2B or corporate projects by prior agreement. Your trade quotation defines construction, capacity, design, quantity, unit price, samples, customization, setup charges, packing and delivery scope. Branding, gift boxes and freight are separate requirements.

For projects in the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Australia or New Zealand, send your destination and required date for supply planning.

A Name, a Date, a Shared Identity

Send brewery artwork, event names, individual names, dates or a short message. We review the suitable branding method, placement and design adaptation. The eagle panel is not automatically replaced, and curved surfaces limit available space.

For agreed engraving, purchase the Aladean Personalization Add-On and mug in the same cart. Enter exact text, preferred language and identify the item and requested surface in order notes. For individual-name orders, agree the name list and allocation before production.

The add-on is separately purchased. We agree artwork feasibility, available space, required service quantities, setup work, charges and timing. Other branding methods or panel fabrication may require a separate quotation. You approve a digital mockup before custom production. Visual approval does not replace physical sample review.

Approve the Construction for Your Intended Use

Ask about sample availability, cost and timing. Review the wood finish, handle, bands, rim, liner and design treatment, then agree capacity and construction for your selected model.

If the mugs will serve drinks, share the intended beverages, temperatures and commercial-service requirements. Agree beverage suitability and care instructions before specifying service. A stainless steel liner alone does not establish food-contact certification, vacuum insulation or measured temperature retention. Hot-drink, dishwasher and microwave suitability are not assumed.

Packing and Timing for Trade Orders

We agree protection for the wooden handles, finish, rim and decorative panels, with individual separation. Carton quantities, dimensions and gross weights are confirmed for shipment. Retail labels, gift boxes and branded presentation packing are discussed separately.

Share wedding dates, brewery launches and festival deadlines early. Once samples and artwork are approved, we agree production and dispatch timing, considering transit separately. We commit only to what we can deliver.

Care and Handling

Follow the cleaning and use instructions agreed for the liner, construction and finish. Do not assume dishwasher cleaning, microwave use or prolonged soaking is suitable. Avoid abrasive cleaners and do not use a mug with loose or damaged components.
