We help turn that intention into an agreed plaque design, with the practical details considered as carefully as the message.

The Pictured Design

• One solid cast brass plaque per piece.
• Stated approximate dimensions: 5 inches wide × 1.5 inches high × 0.25 inch deep. Confirm the finished specification and tolerances before ordering.
• Long rectangular form with rounded ends.
• Main photographs show a brass-coloured raised border and raised lettering against a dark recessed, textured background.
• Two end fixing positions, with fitting styles differing across the examples. Agree the hole positions, hole size and supplied hardware in your quotation.

The gallery includes different finishes and example wording. It does not represent a multi-plaque set or a promise that every pictured finish is automatically available. “Your Text Here” is illustrative placeholder wording, not the inscription to reproduce on your finished order.

Agree the Lettering Method, Not Just the Words

The principal pictured design uses raised lettering. Do not assume that conventional cut-in engraving, a printed logo or a different lettering method will have the same appearance. Discuss the proposed text or logo, relief, background, finish, contrast and level of detail so the agreed specification matches your intended result.

Available space and legibility limit the number of characters and complexity of artwork. Very fine lines, long passages and small symbols may need adjustment. Any alternative dimensions, layout, finish or manufacturing method require express agreement.

Applications are project ideas, not a guarantee of suitability for every surface or environment. A trophy, timber backing, keepsake box, stand or other display object is not included unless expressly agreed.

Words That Carry a Personal Connection

Suggested directions include “The beginning of our next chapter,” “With gratitude for the path you helped us find,” “Our family, our story,” or a simple name and date. For remembrance, a brief “Always remembered” may say more than a crowded inscription.

Adapt the wording for parents, grandparents, partners, children, siblings, friends, mentors or colleagues. These are creative starting points, not customer testimonials or standard inscriptions included on every plaque. Final wording depends on the available area and approved layout.

Mounting and Placement

Confirm the mounting arrangement before ordering. Agree whether fittings are supplied, their type, dimensions, fixing centres and compatibility with the intended backing or surface. Do not assume screws, adhesive, anchors or a backing board are included or suitable for your application.

The finish and installation environment must also be discussed. No weatherproof, corrosion-proof, fade-proof or lifetime performance is promised. Brass can change appearance over time, and exposure and cleaning affect its finish. Outdoor or demanding-environment use needs a specifically agreed specification.

Wholesale Personalization and Artwork Approval

Custom text and logo work is scoped and quoted directly, with the manufacturing method, wording, artwork setup, individual-name variations, finish, dimensions, fittings, charges and packaging agreed for your project. Do not assume unlimited characters or every customization is included in the displayed base offer.

Requests in 40+ languages depend on script suitability, space, legibility and technical feasibility. Send exact text, preferred language and artwork. Check names, dates, punctuation and orientation carefully, then approve the digital mockup before custom production.

The retail Personalization Add-On is not required for wholesale work. A mockup approves visual artwork, not installation suitability or environmental performance. Agree the physical specification separately.

MOQ and Production Planning

Standard MOQ: 100 plaques. Genuine B2B, corporate and event projects below this quantity may be discussed individually. Exceptions are not automatic.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order, taking quantity and specifications into account.

Production time is separate from shipping and transit. Confirm realistic arrangements before committing to an opening, unveiling, ceremony or event deadline. The normal estimate is not a promised arrival date.

Care

Dust or wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and polishing that could alter the dark background, lettering contrast or agreed finish. Confirm any finish-specific care instructions. Handle edges and fittings carefully, and check the mounting periodically where appropriate.
