MOQ and Made-to-Order Production

Standard MOQ: 100 pieces. Genuine B2B, corporate and event projects below this quantity may be discussed individually. Exceptions are not automatic.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and the applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order, taking quantity and specifications into account.

Production time is separate from shipping and transit. Confirm realistic arrangements before committing to a launch or event deadline; the normal production estimate is not a promised arrival date.

Care for Natural Horn

Clean gently after use with cool or lukewarm water and a mild, compatible cleaning product, then dry promptly with a soft cloth. Do not soak, put in a dishwasher or microwave, expose to direct heat or prolonged sunlight, or use abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Do not leave wet soap or liquid standing inside for prolonged periods. Confirm the final care instructions for the agreed finish and use. Inspect before use and stop using a bowl that develops cracks, sharp edges or other damage.
