For a drinking-vessel project, discuss the applicable material and finish information, testing requirements and care instructions before committing. Until appropriate suitability is confirmed, use the tankard for dry decorative presentation rather than serving beverages.

Requests in 40+ languages are subject to script, space and technical feasibility. Any alternative wood, finish, size, liner, band treatment or packaging must be specifically discussed and agreed; these are not automatically available options.

Wholesale customization is quoted directly, with artwork, charges, quantity, placement and timing agreed for the project. The retail Personalization Add-On is not required. Approve the digital artwork mockup before custom production; a mockup confirms the visual design, not physical performance or beverage suitability.

Minimum Order and Production

Standard MOQ: 100 pieces. Genuine B2B, corporate and event projects below this quantity may be discussed individually. Exceptions are not automatic.

All wholesale orders are made to order. The normal production lead time for the MOQ quantity is 25 days. Exceptions may apply, and the applicable timing must be discussed and confirmed for each order, taking quantity and specifications into account.

Production is separate from shipping and transit. Confirm realistic production and delivery arrangements before committing to an event, launch or other deadline; the normal production estimate is not a promised arrival date.

Care and Handling

Keep away from prolonged sunlight, direct heat and damp storage. For decorative care, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, put in a dishwasher or microwave, use abrasive cleaners or leave liquid standing inside. Do not apply oils or treatments to potential food-contact surfaces without an agreed suitable care specification. Inspect the handle, surface and joints before handling; discontinue use if damaged. Follow the use-specific care instructions agreed for your order.
