The standard compass and box messages are included. For an additional name, date or short message, add our separate Aladean Personalization Add-On in the same cart. Provide your exact wording, preferred language and intended component or surface in order notes. Say whether the request is an addition or a replacement.

We agree feasibility, space, placement, artwork, service quantities, charges and timing. Approve the digital mockup before production. Existing decoration is not automatically replaced, and multiple surfaces require an agreed service scope. Review spelling and non-English lettering carefully. Additional custom engraving is not included in the base gift.

Keep the brass compass and wooden box dry. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners, drops and strong magnets. Nearby metal and electronics can affect readings, and magnetic north differs from geographic true north. Do not rely on this keepsake for wilderness or safety-critical navigation.

Handle the chain and components gently. Keep small parts away from infants and supervise younger users. No permanent engraving, unbreakable construction or decades-long lifespan is promised.
